One final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Then the God of peace will be with you.
In the back of my bible is a section called “Life Application Life Topics Index.” In this section under headings like “Fruit of the Spirit”,” Fulfillment”,” Friendship “are quotes from the bible on the topic and a sentence in bold type. Under Friendship it says “People are attracted to a person who is loyal, who listens, who helps, and who encourages. If you desire more friends, begin by being a good friend to others.” In this passage we see these traits being asked of the Philippines.Be loyal to the people who have helped you learn about the good news. Help them to settle their agreement. Keep God in the loop by praying about and thanking Him for everything, listen to your friends and to God. And the outcome? Then the God pf peace will be with you.
