Isaiah 61:10—62:3 v 11 “ The Sovereign Lord will show his justice to the nations of the world. Everyone will praise Him.”
Overwhelmed with Joy, dressed in clothing of salvation, and a robe of righteousness, like a bridegroom or a bride. “The Sovereign Lord will show his justice to the nations of the world. Everyone will praise Him.” Because I love Zion I cannot keep still, remain silent or stop praying until righteousness shines like the dawn World leaders will be blinded by your glory. The Lord will hold you in His hand.
Whenever there is three of something I see divine intervention. Our triune God- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Here we see three aspects of a Christian life, Justice, righteousness, and joy. With a brief google search the following definitions were found for each: –
Justice- fairmindedness
Righteousness is the quality of being right in the eyes of God, including character (nature), conscience (attitude), conduct (action), and command (word). Righteousness is, therefore, based upon God’s standard.
Joy. A fruit of the Spirit. Comforting, content and full of peace. An enduring attitude of the heart and spirit, and a natural part of the Christian faith.
As 2023 ends think about how the Lord has held you in His hand this past year. How justice, righteousness and joy have featured in your life. Praise God!
Prayer: Heavenly Father thank you for your constant presence in all we do. For good people, good deeds and good attitudes, that bring us joy. Hallelujah. Amen
