When the right time came, God sent Him (Jesus) to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that He could adopt us as His very own children.” God sent the Spirit so that we call out “Abba, Father.” Since you are His child, you are His heir.
Freedom. When I was thinking about retirement, I was worried that I would not have enough money to do the things I wanted to do. How could I manage on a fixed income? But the freedom from money worries has changed my life. Oh, I still wonder if I have enough for the many choices of things to do every day but in my core, I know that I can manage. Just as in my core the Spirit causes me to call out “Abba, Father.” It is always the right time to praise God and over the past few years I have found a deeper faith that follows me wherever I am. It is not limited to time on a Sunday morning, or the occasional evening of a bible study. A child has a Father forever and we are free to love Him every day. Ture freedom!
