Psalm 139: 1-6,13-18 v3 “You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything that I do.”
You have examined my heart and know everything about me. “You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything that I do.” You know what I am going to say even before I say it. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me. You made all the delicate inner parts of my body. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! You saw me before I was born. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. And when I wake up, you are still with me!

Psalm 139 v 14
As we go through the different experiences of life it changes us. What we thought was important as children changes as teenagers. As students and new professionals our priorities are our work and how we play, as we learn to live independently from our parents but remain connected. Relationships change as we find a life partner and new things happen like children which changes things again. How wonderful to think that in all these complex situations God is with you too. Although He might have more prominence in your life at some times He is there, understanding you and knowing what is in your heart and even what you are going to say before you say it. Whether travelling or at home He is there. He knows everything that you do. How simple and complex that is. Live today knowing that God is with you, wonderful!
Prayer: Heavenly Father who knows us in all our wonderful complexity help us to simplify our lives to follow you always. Amen.
