How good to sing praises to our God! He heals the broken hearted and bandages their wounds. He counts the stars and calls them all by name. How great is our Lord! His power is absolute! His understanding is beyond comprehension! Sing out your thanks to the Lord; sing praises to our God with a harp. He provides rain for the earth, gives food to wild animals, delights in those who fear Him, those who put their hope in His unfailing love. Praise the Lord!
How great it is to praise God on a Tuesday! To be sure that He can take hold of your emotions and make love the dominant one. He can place His arms around you to hold you together whilst you recover from the things that have made you sad, that physically hurt your body. Look outside yourself to the sky and see the wonders of this world! Look for the wild animals that He feeds. Sing praises to God with a harp. Find hope in His love!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, we praise you for comforting us when we are sad, giving us joy as we look up to the heavens, and love as we journey each day. Amen.
