May the Lord answer your cry, keep you safe, send help, and look favorably on your burnt offering, grant your heart’s desire and make all your plans succeed and answer your prayers. May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory and raise a victory banner in the name of our God. We boast in the name of the Lord and will rise up and stand firm. Give victory to our King and answer our cry for help.
I have put up a banner for a birthday, congratulations for a new Mom or a student graduation and a thank you for volunteers but never a victory banner saying Thanks be to God! Have I anything to be thankful for? I live in a country where I can practice my religion and walk safely around the streets, even when I have travelled to other countries, I have always been safe. Thank you, God! I have had a long marriage and a career that has enabled me to raise a family. Thanks be to God! I would still like to continue to serve God.
Prayer: Holy God help my plans succeed. To see peace in our world. Answer our cries for help. Amen.
