Gifts from the Lord

 Psalm 127 v 4-5 “Children born to a young man are like arrows in a warrior’s hands. How joyful is the man whose quiver is full of them! “

Unless the Lord builds a house, the work of the builders is wasted. It is useless to work so hard from early morning until late at night, anxiously working for food to eat; for God gives rest to his loved ones. Children are a gift from the Lord. Children born to a young man are like arrows in a warrior’s hands. How joyful is the man whose quiver is full of them!”

God made everything and still wants to be a part of everything that we do. From building a house, to working for our families, to the children we are given. If things seem to be falling apart make God a part of what you are doing! Invite Him into your family with prayer and reading the bible. Be thankful for all that you have been given and He will give you peace and joy.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank you for all the family in our lives and ask that you will be near them in all the ups and downs of their days. As you loved your Son help us to love each other in His name. Amen.
