Titus2: 11-14 v 12 b “We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God.”
The grace of God brings salvation to all. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, looking forward with hope. Jesus gave His life for us to make us His own people, totally committed to doing good deeds.
The waiting is over, Christmas has come and gone. By God’s grace we are saved. We now must decide to live for God, with hope for the future. What does that look like in your life? In these few days before the New Year take some time to reflect on what is important to you and look at your life to see if you are living the right way for God, who asks us to be totally committed.

A simple way to find out if you are living right is to make a list of the things that are important to you and look back at the last month and see how much time you have spent committed to those things . Then make one small change in your week, day, or month to start in the New Year. The result of righteous living is peace, love and joy. Look for the results too, as you commit to being right with God.
Prayer: Heavenly Father in this brief time before the end of the year, open our hearts to the things you wish for us. Give us time to reflect and time to make changes that show others your wisdom as we adjust to living right for you. Amen.
