Forgive anyone who offends you.

Colossians 3: 12-17 v 13 “Make allowances for each other’s faults and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.”

God chose you to be holy people He loves. Clothe yourself with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. Let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. Always be thankful. Sing psalms and hymns with a thankful heart. Whatever you do say it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

” Let the message about Christ, in all it’s richness, fill your lives.”
Colossians 3 v 16

Day two of the New Year. The bubble of Christmas joy begins to slip away. Christmas decorations begin to get in the way. There is still time however to take a deep breath and look at the wonder of the season. To make allowances for others faults. To forgive, because you have been forgiven. To let peace rule! Be thankful and sing psalms! To do life as a representative of the Lord Jesus.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank you for the wonders of this season, the small moments of joy and the peace that comes as we think more of how you would handle a situation. Help us to forgive those around us and to choose love over all else, in Jesus’s name we pray. Amen.
