Saved!

Romans 10: 4-13 v 13 “For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in Him are made right with God. In fact, it says, “the message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart.” If you openly believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Jew and gentile are the same in this respect. They have the same Lord, who gives generously to all who call on Him.  For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

The world is a mess. More poor people, more hungry people, more wars, more neighbors not getting along. How can we help? Having confidence in our faith. Knowing in our hearts that Christ died for us and that we are saved. Humbly understanding our need to connect with God, nurturing it, and living it. Believing that we can focus on the good in everyone and let the supernatural power of God do the rest.

Prayer: Almighty God, we thank you for saving all those who believe in the risen Christ. Join us together to help the world. Amen.
