2 Corinthians 5: 17—21v 20 “So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making His appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!”
Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. And all of this is a gift from God. For God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. So, we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making His appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” so that we could be right with God through Christ.
2 Corinthians 5 v 17
I went shopping this week and I bought some new things. It felt good to wear new clothes that weren’t torn or stained and were just new. More important than that though is our soul. The part of us that is inside of us that God made for eternity. Full of our doubts and fears, and any number of negative emotions. How good would it feel to become a new person in this place, in our souls? God is making His appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” so that we could be right with God through Christ.
Prayer: Almighty God, please forgive me of my sins in the name of Christ. Make me right with you today and forever. Amen.
