Isaiah 43: 16-21 v 19 “For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wastelands.”
I am the Lord who opened a way through the waters, making a dry path through the sea. But forget all that -it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wastelands. Yes, I will make rivers in the dry wasteland so my people can be refreshed.
God has done great things for the people on the earth He created. I think He still wants to do great things for us too. We must be open to seeing where he has already begun. And why? To refresh us. Take a good look around you today at what He is providing for you. The choice is always yours, to see something new and to be refreshed.
Prayer: Almighty God who sees what we need open our eyes to the new things you are doing to refresh us, your people today. Amen
