Rev 5 6-14 v 11 “And then I looked again, and I heard the voices of thousands and millions of angels around the throne and of the living beings and the elders.”
Then I looked again and saw a Lamb that looked like it had been slaughtered, but it was now standing between the throne and the twenty-four elders. Each one had a harp, and they held golden bowls of incense which were the prayers of the people. And they sang a new song. And then I looked again, and I heard the voices of thousands and millions of angels around the throne and of the living beings and the elders. And then I heard every creature in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and in the sea. They sang! Amen.
What’s your favorite song? I have favorites for when I am cleaning or working around the house, others for when I am sitting quietly and when I worship. Some make me cry, some make me smile, dance and sing- a-long. Music comes with emotions, it speaks to our deepest feelings and when people join to sing it is always amazing! This image of heaven and earth singing together is an illustration of how big our God is and how His greatest desire is to have the whole earth singing together! What a wonder that would be.
