Colossians 1: 21-29 v 27 “For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ Are for you gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing His glory.”
This includes you who were once far away from God. Yet now He has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in His physical body. But you must continue to believe the truth and stand firmly in it. The Good News has been preached all over the world. For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ Are for you gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing His glory. That ‘s why I work so hard, depending on Christ’s mighty power that works within me.

Colossians 1 v 25
I have a book on my desk called “Unbinding the gospel” By Martha Grace Reese. It talks of real-life evangelism: faith sharing. “About untying the knots that keep us from living exciting lives in the Spirit. It’s about unbinding the Good News that God adores us and everyone else, and that God has shown this to us through Jesus Christ.” Paul also tells us here, that is the secret, Christ lives in you. And that’s why we continue to work hard, depending on that power within us, that works with us!
Prayer: Heavenly Father who provides all we need, thank you for your Son Jesus Christ who suffered for us all, so that we could live lives excited by the secret that He lives in us. And that through His power we are to share with others the Good News. Amen.
