For some today will be spent like Mary and Joseph, returning to our family home as we gather to celebrate together the wonderous birth of Jesus. For others like the wise men the journey will be on another day as carefully thought about gifts will be carried to their recipients to be joyously presented to those we love. For others like the shepherds, the lost , the lonely, those living on the outskirts of society, they can look up to the sky to see the stars, stand at the back of a church to sing with the angels, or sing along with the songs included in this message. There is a place for everyone at the manger, even the animals had a job, one of which was to provide warmth for the family created in the stable that night.
