Genesis 3
Place a plate of treats in the middle of a table. Say you are not allowed to eat the treats! Sit around as a family and read the bible story about Adam and Eve from Genesis 3. Talk about making choices between something that is good and something that is bad. God always wants the best for us, and if we follow Him good things will happen. What does it feel like to look at the treats and not be able to eat them? Remember that God is there to help us make good choices and to forgive us when we go a different way. After the story and discussion let everyone choose a treat to eat!
