Jesus lived His life with integrity. Living with integrity requires personal sacrifice, but the eternal rewards outweigh whatever we give up in this life. It means to be honest and have strong moral principles. In the bible we see it in: –
Psalm 101:3-8- Integrity takes effort and discipline
Titus 2:7- We must maintain integrity in teaching others.
Today follow Jesus and practice some of the actions he did before he died for us. We think about these important events today as it is called Good Friday. He acted as a servant to his friends by washing their feet

Foot bath! Practice serving each other as Jesus did and carry out His act of washing feet. Hopefully our feet aren’t quite as dirty as those of the disciples, but you can still enjoy washing and maybe even massaging one another’s feet!
He went into a garden to pray: –
Experience a garden prayer. Go outside, especially in the evening, to pray. Hold hands and each person say what they love most, and say Thankyou to God, then say Amen.
Following Jesus means doing things always with love.
