Today is a public holiday so spend half an hour outside with your coffee or in a quiet inside spot and enjoy it. Be there for yourself. Listen to the music around you of the birds, the cars passing by, maybe the sound of running water or the creaks and groans of the house or holiday home. Take a few deep breaths and enjoy the moment.
