One of my children’s and now my grandchildren’s favorite books is “The Cat in the Hat ” by Dr Seuss. Sally and her brother have to stay inside all day because it is raining. The Cat in the Hat comes to visit and play “on that cold cold wet day!”
Thankfully although the weather can be cold, wet and dull at this time of year we have warm clothes to wear. Which reminds me of another book :-
So don’t be discouraged by the weather, put on warm clothes, boots and a hat and go outside for some fun……………or find some good books…….there is always something to do whatever the weather!!
