Seeing clearly!

 Acts 10:34-38 v 34“Then Peter replied, “I see clearly that God shows no favoritism.”

Then Peter replied, “I see clearly that God shows no favoritism.” In every nation He accepts those who fear Him. This is the message of Good News for the people of Israel- that there is peace with God through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all. God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit, for God was with Him.

The Good News is that everyone has a spiritual side. To find peace in this world is to acknowledge God, do good works like Jesus guided by the Holy spirit. Yesterday I went for a drive on a cold winter’s day. The sun was shining, and the familiar roads around where I live look new and different as the light reflected off the snow. I could see clearly rivers and houses that are hidden by the leaves of trees in the summer. Clearly see everyone you meet today, knowing that God loves them and shows no favoritism.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank you for accepting and loving all who turn to you. Help us see clearly the spiritual side of those we meet today. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
