Psalm 111v 1 “I will thank the Lord with all my heart as I meet with His godly people.”
How amazing are the deeds of the Lord! All who delight in Him should ponder them. His righteousness never fails. He gives food to those who fear Him. All He does is just and good. What a holy, awe-inspiring name He has. Praise Him forever.
We all have down days. Days when sometimes for no particular reason, sometimes because someone close to you has disappointed you. The new both national and local is discouraging. What is the best thing to do? Meet with godly people. Think about the good that has happened to you as God looks after the things that you need. Sing a hymn of praise to God and you will be glad!
Prayer: Heavenly Father we thank you for the godly people you have given us today and for the awe-inspiring things you do in our lives! Hallelujah! Amen.
