Psalm 100v 3 “Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us and we are His. We are His people, the sheep of His pastures”

Shout with joy to the Lord all the earth! Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us and we are His. We are His people, the sheep of His pastures. Give thanks to Him and praise His name. For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and His faithfulness continues to each generation.

Sheep eat the grass really short. They nibble and nibble until it is almost all gone. But if they eat the roots, it will not grow back again. God made us to enjoy the pastures, but like sheep not to destroy them. To be joyful, thankful and acknowledge God. If there is not enough good in your life, are you acknowledging God ? Are you like sheep and nibble at the pasture God provides for your good without destroying the environment and your relationships?
