Psalm 119:97-98, 101 “Oh, how I love your instructions! I think about them all day long. Your commands make me wiser than my enemies, for they are my constant guide. I have refused to walk on any evil path, so that I may remain obedient to Your word.”
God’s Word makes us wise – wiser than our enemies and wiser than any teachers who ignore it. If we listen to God’s teachings to guide us, then we cannot go wrong. God’s Word will teach us something called “true wisdom” – a kind of wisdom that can change our lives for the good.

I think most of us can agree that God’s Word is wise. The problem seems to be that we don’t always take the time to read it. Even teachers may not always have the wisdom and knowledge that God’s Word has. So when in doubt, always refer back to the Bible an rea God’s Word for guidance. For it is there that you will find “true wisdom.”
Prayer: Gracious God, help us to always refer to Your Holy Word. When we are looking for answers, help us to remember to seek out Your Word. True Wisdom comes from allowing Your teachings to guide us in every aspect of our lives. We thank You God for Your Word. Amen.
