Grace

2 Thessalonians 1:1-4, 11-12. V 12b “This is all made possible because of the grace of our God and Lord, Jesus Christ,”

Flourishing faith, growing love for each other, endurance, and faithfulness. Honoring the name of Jesus by the way you live because of His grace.

Having the opportunity to be on vacation close to the sea I am making a point of walking on the beach or along the pier every day. So far it has been in the afternoon when the sun is slowly sinking into the water and the tide has been high. It has been cool so walking briskly keeps hands and feet warm and there are not so many people about. It is peaceful. There are moments like this in every day where we can thank God for the love, He has for us whether we deserve it or not. For the faithfulness of Christ who gives us the choice to follow Him, in the decisions we make to love all those we meet, even the ones we do not like so much.

Prayer: Holy Father we thank you for the wonder of your world for us to enjoy every day. For the love of Christ who guides our actions and your grace that makes everything possible despite our defects. Amen
