Exodus 3 and 4 Moses and the burning bush!
Moses was working as a shepherd in the dessert. One day out with the sheep he noticed a burning bush. He walked towards it as although the flames were real they did not burn up the bush. God spoke from the bush telling Moses to take off his shoes as he was on holy ground. God also told Moses to go back to Egypt where he was born to rescue the Israelites who were slaves and were not being treated well. Eventually that was what Moses did.
Color this picture and talk about the story of Moses as a family. God does things that are amazing! God is amazing! He helps those when he asks them to do a job for Him. Moses respected God as he took off his shoes in His presence.
