Take time today to just be. Sit by a window or wrap up warmly and stroll around your neighborhood. This thanksgiving Monday we will not be meeting for a zoom chat. But remember that God is always with us. We are not alone. Enjoy the day!

As a family get together and make a gratitude jar. Place in it things you are grateful for and place it on your thanksgiving table or as part of your thanksgiving display. For the rest of the year use it on days when you are feeling down as it will turn your day around!
