Jesus and the children
Jesus was travelling around talking to large crowds of people about important things related to believing in God. He traveled with his team of friends who were called disciples. There were twelve of them. The people in the crowd also brought their children and wanted Jesus to bless them and pray for them. The disciples told the people not to do that. Jesus heard the disciples and got mad and said” Don’t stop children from coming to me! Children like these are part of the kingdom of God”. After Jesus blessed them he continued on his travels.
Prayer: Thankyou Jesus for showing us that children are important to you. Help us to show them your love every day. Amen.
