Psalm 130 , v 7 “O Israel, put your hope in the Lord, because with the Lord there is mercy, and with Him there is unlimited forgiveness.”
Put your hope in the Lord. The pandemic for me has been a time to stay at home. So this week finding myself sitting on a patio twice having dinner and being out after 10pm was a welcome return to normal. Wearing a facemask as I went to the bathroom normal, watching others enjoy being out a joy. The quiet reflective time I found to read the bible and write this blog something I will continue as in the downtime I put my hope in the Lord.

Did I complain about being home? Yes. Did I complain about not being able to travel ? Yes. Was I frustrated that the jobs I had to do mostly involved cleaning and organizing my house. Yes.
With the Lord there is unlimited forgiveness. Despite my day to day frustrations I did not go hungry, I had a roof over my head and a limited bubble of family and friends via zoom around me. I realize now that He provided all that I needed and I am sorry for the complaining and frustrations that I wallowed in rather than giving thanks for what I had.
Today rejoice in the Lord, for He forgives our sins. Amen
