Joel 2: 23-32 v 24 “The threshing floors will again be piled high with grain, and the presses will overflow with new wine and olive oil.”
Not only does the Lord promise to fill our physical needs again but He will also send His Spirit for all people. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
Living in this world of war in the Ukraine, of increased violence towards law officers, of increased famine globally and interest rates and inflation locally what can we hope for? Our God. “Once again you will have all the food you want, and you will praise the Lord your God, who does these miracles for you.” V 26.
“And I will cause wonders in the heavens and on earth” v 30
Look to the amazing colors of the leaves, the warm sunshine, and multicolored pumpkins and praise the Lord, who does these miracles for you.
Prayer: Holy Father, we thank you for the miracles of this wonderful world in which we live. We rejoice in your name always. Amen.
