Blind Faith

Mark 10:46-52 v 48 “The people told him ( Bartimaeus a blind man) to be quiet. But he shouted even louder,” Son of David, have mercy on me.”

Bartimaeus knew that Jesus could help him regain his sight as when asked by Jesus what he wanted he said “He wanted to see again” . This statement also implies that he once was able to see. He also went against what the crowd was saying. They wanted Bartimaeus to stop shouting, but he shouted even louder. Due to this faith, “At once he was able to see, and he followed Jesus on the road.”

Sometimes things happen in this life that cause us to be disabled, we brake a bone, fall and have a concussion. Or the sudden death of a loved one, or after having a baby can send us into a deep depression. At times when we are physically suffering call out to Jesus. If others tell us to be quiet call out even louder, trusting that He will heal you.

Almighty Father thank you for showing that you care about all and their physical health. Hear those that are calling to you today and give them your peace. Amen
